A seat, grab bars where you want them, a handheld sprayer and a low step.
We plan the shower around how you move: where you sit, where you reach and where you'd want something to hold. The walls are built with solid backing so grab bars can go where you choose, now or later. We are not therapists; if a doctor or therapist has given you measurements, bring them to the visit.

What changes the cost
Your price is for your bathroom. These are the things that move it.
Low step or flat floor
A fully flat floor means recessing the floor, which in a house on a slab can mean cutting the concrete. A low step costs less.
The kind of seat
A built-in tile seat is part of the shower. A fold-down seat is mounted on the wall and costs less.
How many grab bars
Backing goes in every wall that might need it. Each bar you add is priced on the quote.
Condo and HOA approval
Some communities need a form and set hours. We fill in the paperwork with you.
How it goes

We talk about how you shower
At the visit we ask where you sit, what you reach for and what is hard now.

We mark it out
We mark the seat, the bars and the sprayer on the wall so you can see them before we build.

We build it
Five to seven working days, with the walls opened up to fit the backing.

You try it out
On the last day you sit, reach and stand with us, and we move anything that is wrong.
Questions about this job
Is a curbless shower possible in my house?
Often, but it depends on the floor. We look at it at the visit and quote it separately, because it can mean cutting the slab.
Does Medicare pay for this?
Medicare usually does not cover a bathroom remodel. Veterans and some local programs may offer help. We give you an itemized quote you can send them.
Can you add grab bars to a shower you didn't build?
Sometimes. It depends on what is behind the tile. We check at the visit and tell you honestly.
